Base: Raiders battle past Union Modoc

Shenandoah High School Shenandoah broke from a 2-2 tie with two runs in the third inning and two more in the fifth May 12 to down Union Modoc 6-3. John Fritz got the win on the mound by allowing three hits and striking out eight in four innings of work. Johnny Slivka ignited the offense with a 3 for 4 performance at the top of the order.
