Boy's Finish 3rd at Regionals

After an already impressive season, winning regular season conference and conference meet, Monument City Relays, John Reid Relays, and Sectional championship trophies, the Boy's track team finished a best ever 3rd at regionals last night scoring 46 points.
The 4x800m relay team of Eric Herber, Mishael Theis, Joseph Trost and Nick Byler placed 3rd, with a new school record by 7 seconds moving on to the state meet. Byler also finished 3rd and broke the school record in the 400m dash with a time of 50.22 and moved on to state. Taylor Raatz had a new personal record in the 300m hurdles finally breaking 40 seconds, and making it to state as well. Evan Garretson won the shot put, and placed third in the discus making it to the state meet. Tanner Oakley had an impressive performance in the high jump, clearing 6-03 placing 5th.
The state meet will be next Saturday, June 7th at IU Bloomington.
