Lakeland Denied in Thriller

The Fremont Eagles held of the Lakeland Lakers in Girls Volleyball action on Tuesday. After winning the first match, Lakeland lost the next three by two points each. Nikki Chavez lead the Laker killing attack with 12, followed by senior Elaine Denney and Sophomore Rebecca Wooster with seven. 25-22, 24-26, 24-26, 25-23. Lakeland will play Prairie Heights in Brushy Prairie on Thursday September 27th at 7:00 pm.
