Lakers Still Hot

On Friday night the Lakeland Varsity Football team took another win to start their season off 5-0. They defeated the West Noble Chargers 59-6 with an outstanding rushing performance of 311 yards. Cory Troyer tacked on 3 rushing touchdowns with Joey Fuller adding 2 and Taylor Raatz adding 1. Jordan Aldrich had the nights lone reception touchdown. Logan Owens then went on to return a fumble recovery for a touchdown to end the Lakeland scoring. Owens and Chris Leary led an aggresive Laker defense with tackles.
