Looking to avenge an 11-1 loss earlier in the season the Lakers came out of the gates hot but ultimately couldn't hold off a late rally from the Warriors, who went on to win the contest 13-8. The Lakers held a 7-6 lead going into the 5th inning where Westview broke for a 5 run inning capitalizing on a few Laker errors. Leading the Lakers on the mound was pitcher William Kelly going 4.2 innings with only 5 earned runs. At the plate the Lakers connected for 12 hits with Nick Byler going 3 for 4 with two runs scored. You can see your Lakers in action Thursday May 3rd at 5:00 pm as they play host to the Central Noble Cougars.
