Lakers fall in Conference battle

The Lakeland Lakers fell to Farfield in a conference game 3-2. The Lakers had some oppertinuties to score, some shaky baserunning and agressive running by Farfield led to a Laker loss. The Falcons were first on the board from a throwing error. Lakers loaded the bases in the 3rd. Lexie Myers then ripped the ball to the fence but only one run scored. Then Jill Mingus hit a sac fly. Falcons scored in the 3rd to tie the game at 2. The Lakers threatened in the 4th but a baserunner error ended the inning. The Falcons then socred again in the 5th  yet another error.
