Schneider, Wust split 4 goals as Viking booters drub Kokomo in second half

Mitchel Schneider and Isaac Wust each scored a pair of goals in the second half as the Huntington North High School boys' soccer team broke open a scoreless tie and went on to defeat host Kokomo, 4-0, on Tuesday, Sept. 11.

Schneider got the Vikings, 6-3, on the scoreboard first with an unassisted tally, then Wust scored the next two goals, the first coming off a Trey Sorg assist. Schneider then put thecapperon the afternoon with his second unassisted score of the game.

Vikinggoalie Chad Wingo made the scoring stand up by making the only two saves he had to make to earn the shutout.

Wust's pair of goals gives him 16 in nine games this season.
