Greenfield jumped to a 2-0 lead after three innings versus Lawrence Central May 11, but the Cougars could not hold the advantage in a 5-4 loss. The Bears scored three runs in the fourth to take the lead for good in the game. Tori Cuebas had two hits for Greenfield-Central in the losing cause.
