Shawn Aylsworth of South Putnam High SchoolSouth Putnam scored two runs in the second inning, four in both the third and fourth, and three more in the fifth en route to a 13-1 win April 20 at Rockville. Junior Emily Dabkowski was the offensive standout for the Eagles, going 2 for 2 with three runs batted in. Junior Brooke Boetjer went 2 for 3 with a home run and two RBIs, while sophomore Jenna Jones was 2 for 2 with a homer as well. Boetjer allowed zero earned runs and just three hits over five innings for the victory.
