Short Sided: Hereford Runner Disqualified Because of Thread

The Hereford boys cross country team appeared to have won its second straight Baltimore County title this week, until one of its runners was disqualified for a uniform violation. The Hereford runner - who initially finished fourth in the race - was cited for wearing black compression shorts underneath his uniform that had visible white stitching.
