Home » Girls' Basketball News7th Grade Girls vs. HiawathaNovember 1, 2012 Atchison Middle SchoolThe Atchison Middle School 7th grade girls A Team defeated Hiawatha 34 - 11 at home on October 30th. The Lady Braves defense was aggressive, having 3 players end the game with 4+ steals. The defense has given up a total of 22 points through its first two games. The Lady Braves return to action when the 7th and 8th Grade A teams travel to Warren Middle School November 5. Tip-off is set for 3:30.
The Lady Braves 7th grade girls B Team was narrowly defeated by Hiawatha 14 - 15. Five different players contributed to the scoring effort on the night. The Lady Braves fought hard and were able to find a lot of positives in the game. The B team will return to action on November 12 when they travel to Smithvile. Tip-off is set for 4:00.
