8th Grade Football - Week of September 10

The Atchison Middle School 8th Grade Football Team was defeated by Patton Jr. High  16 - 22 Tuesday afternoon at Patton Jr. High School.  The Braves were able to successfully complete a pair of two point conversions and the defence also came up with a big interception.

On Thursday the Braves were defeated by Lawrence South 8 - 24. It was a hard fought game in rainy conditons.

The Braves fall to 1 - 2 on the season and are in action again Thursday as they travel to Hiawatha Middle School.  Kick off is schedule  for 4:00 at Hiawatha High School.
