SPASH softball vs. Beaver Dam sectional final preview

A trip to state is on the line Thursday for SPASH.

Stevens Point– After an outstanding team effort against the Oshkosh West Wildcats Monday afternoon in Stevens Point, the SPASH Panthers (21-5) will travel to Oshkosh to take on the Beaver Dam Golden Beavers (18-5) on Thursday afternoon with a trip to Madison on the line.

Game time is slated for 4:30pm.  Fans are encouraged to arrive early if possible as the seating at UW-Oshkosh’s softball field leaves a lot to be desired.

Beaver Dam, a #3 seed, enters the contest after beating West Bend East and Wisconsin Rapids in regional action.  In the sectional, the Golden Beavers defeated #2 seed Kimberly 2-1.
