Home » Rugby NewsOutlaws smite Ft. Bragg in CharlestonMarch 18, 2012 By Logan Rada of Charleston Outlaws Rugby Football ClubOn a beautiful day for rugby, the Charleston Outlaws hosted Ft. Bragg Braggarts rugby club in a Matrix smash up. The Outlaws posted a convincing 39-0 victory to avenge an earlier season loss at Ft. Bragg. A good defensive effort from Charleston stonewalled Ft. Bragg's running attack and put pressure on their back line. Charleston took advantage of their speed out wide to skip past the visiting army side. With Columbia Olde Grey losing to Cape Fear, the Charleston Outlaws hold their season destiny in their control. Charleston has two games remaing on their schedule, both winnable, while Columbia has three matches coming up, none of which pose an easy match for the Olde Grey; with the last match being at Charleston where the Outlaws are certainly thinking revenge for an earlier season loss.
