He tossed five innings of shutout ball. #14 struck out five, walked none and gave up three hits. In the top of the first, Todd County Central grabbed the early lead, 2-0. Broderick started the rally for Todd County Central with a single. A single by Michael Rager then moved Broderick from first to second. Bryce Bicksler singled, bringing home Broderick and Rager. Logan County went up for good in the first, scoring three runs on an error, an RBI single by #11, and an RBI triple by #7. Logan County piled on three more runs in the bottom of the second. #11 kicked things off with a double, scoring #19 and #3. That was followed up by a groundout by #18 that scored #11.
