BOYS’ KHSAA STATE SOCCER RECORDS

(As of January 20, 2012)

The Kentucky High School Athletic Association continues to strive to provide the most accurate records listing. With the help of

its member schools, fans and members of the media, we have been able to compile the following listing. State Soccer Records

are published annually in the State Soccer Championship Program and are also available on the KHSAA Web Site

(www.khsaa.org). Records are also given to coaches at the rules clinics. If you know of a correction or addition that has been

omitted, please don’t take offense, but help us out. Simply contact Elden May, KHSAA Sports Information Director at (859) 299-

5472 or e-mail at emay@khsaa.org to inquire about the procedure for providing information on a listing. There is a state records

application form you may linked on the KHSAA website that you may print out and completed and forward to the Association for

consideration. When referencing a “State Record” please remember that the top mark in each category is the best performance

that the KHSAA has on file. Thanks for your help and interest in Kentucky High School Soccer.

(Note: In 2005, the Association implemented a “mercy rule” of 9 goals at which time a game is over.)
