High School Head Coach-Billy Cuevas
East Ridge Girls’ Head Coach Billy Cuevas Billy grew up in Woodbury and graduated from Woodbury High School in 2005. After high school, Billy competed at Gustavus Adolphus College where he earned multiple All-American honors. He specialized in middle distance freestyle and butterfly. Billy graduated from GAC in 2009 with a degree in physics. Once graduated, Billy began his favorite hobby, coaching swimming. He begin his coaching career in East Ridge's inaugural year as an assistant. Billy is in his 2nd year as a head coach and is looking forward to the success of his athletes in and out of the swimming pool.
Outside of the swimming pool, Billy owns the company Definitude. Definitude focuses their efforts in providing quality counter tops to consumers at a low price with great service. On his spare time, Billy enjoys riding his bike around the Woodbury area, learning about anything and the outdoors.
