midway point of season...

We are approaching the mid part of the season.  We had a fantastic meet last week at St. Olaf.  Our goal was pacing and setting time goals since this was the same course as our first meet.  Great work!

Our next meet is the 2nd largest cross country meet in the nation-- Milaca.  We are meeting at 7:30.  Please don't be late.  Refer to the schedule.  Also, please note that some runners are running up a grade level.  All runners should know what race they are in.
