East Ridge Cross Countryreminder on meet...
Hi Runners and Families,
Just a few reminders regarding our first meet:
-stay hydrated throughout the day
-boys' race 1pm; girls' at 2pm
-the bus departs at 10:30 from East Ridge from the lockerroom door area.
-It is district policy that athletes ride the bus. If there are special circumstances and runners need to go with their parents tomorrow, the parent needs to see me in person, sign their son/daughter out. Remember you MAY NOT ride home from a meet with anyone other than your own parent (and with written persmission).
-Do not forget your uniform (and black compression wear if you'd like).
-bring water, food etc. There are shirts for sale there if you'd like too.
