Raptor Speed and Strength

All tennis players are invited to participate in Raptor Speed and Strength every Tuesday from 3:30-4:30pm beginning next Tuesday, November 20 at ERHS.

 

The program is designed to enhance overall muscular strength, agility, quickness, flexibility, functional mobility and core strength. 

 


Participants should wear workout clothing, bring a water bottle and meet in the ERHS weight room.
