| ATTENTION STUDENTS AND PARENTS: The BGS After School Running Club will begin training next week for a half-marathon! This “just-for-fun & exercise†marathon will be held in Bassett in mid-late April. The event will be hosted by the running club and is open to “kids†of all ages!! The running club will generally run on Mondays and Wednesdays after school, depending on the weather. You can call the school to find out if they are running, and we will try to post it in the school announcements. Anyone and everyone, even walkers, are invited to join the running club and train to compete in the half-marathon! |

| AFTER SCHOOL STUDY HALL: In an effort to improve academic achievement, students in seventh and eighth grades are reminded that if you are academically ineligible, a one hour (3:30-4:30) mandatory after school study hall is required Monday through Thursday. A certificated teacher is assigned to this study hall and available for any student in grades 7-12 that wish to improve his/her grades. If you need extra help take advantage of the opportunity. Teachers assigned to the study hall are posted outside of the office on the bulletin board. |
