Vice President – Fran Flores – Preside over meetings in the absence of president. Oversee fundraising initiatives. Serve as liaison between booster club members and team captains. Traditionally nominated for president for subsequent season.
Secretary – Tina Jones – Take minutes at booster club meetings. Attend to other correspondence as necessary. Be the official record-keeper of the organization.
Treasurer – Ann Hunter – Maintain fiscal affairs of the club including checking account. Develop budget and provide treasurer’s report at meetings.
FUNDRAISERS
If the booster club elects to participate in a fundraiser, it will be determined at that time if the fundraiser will be an Individual Account fundraiser, or a Team fundraiser.
Individual Account fundraiser – It is the choice of the individual dancer/family to participate in the fundraiser. All monies raised by the individual dancer will go directly into that dancer’s account
Individual accounts may be used for any dance team related expenses for dancers only. This includes warm ups, tights, make-up etc. A request should be made in writing, to the treasurer to access monies in the dancer’s account. Proceeds cannot be used for non-dance team related expenses. Accounts can be carried over from year to year. When an athlete leaves the Wolfpack Dance Team (for any reason including, but not limited to, graduation, injury, let go from the team, etc.) the account is deemed inactive and unused funds will be forfeited and transferred to the general account fund within 30 days of departure. If written notice is provided prior to leaving, funds may be placed in a scholarship/angel fund that can be used as the booster club sees fit to help individual dancers.
Team fundraiser – If at least two dancers are participating in the fundraiser on behalf of the dance team the monies raised will go into the dance team’s checkbook.
