Park Dance Team camp participants show their moves at game

The Park High School Dance Team is front and center before an audience when they perform.

However, recently they were on the sidelines watching their young students take the spotlight.

The team held a camp in late February with the hope that some of girls will join the Wolfpack team when they get older.

Divided up into three age groups with kindergarten and first grade as the youngest, and wearing a special dance team T-shirt, future dance team members learned a routine to perform during half time at a Park boys basketball game last week.

The audience gave the youngsters their first round of applause.
