Welcome Meeting Follow-Ups

If you were unable to attend the Welcome Meeting that was held on May 10th, please contact Coach Amanda Hemmingsen-Jaeger to obtain any materials that were handed out.

Topics that were discussed was summer training opportunities (below), summer parades (below), the upcoming season (tentative schedule below), parent committees, and expenses.

Tentative 2013-2014 Calenders Posted

**Note that these schedules are TENTATIVE and are meant to give you an idea of time commitment and allow athletes to plan other activities (including work) accordingly.

Summer Camp Information

There will be a private camp run by Just For Kix (JFK) offered during the summer.  At camp, athletes will lean basic kick skills, in addition to building flexibility and muscles needed for the 2013/2014 season.  Both Varsity and JV members are encouraged to attend.

Camp will be held Tuesdays: July 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, and August 6th.

Camp fee is $95 - 50% due on the last day of school (6/5/13) and full payment due at Strawberry Fest (6/15/13)

Summer Workshop Information

In addition to summer camps, the coaching staff is offering FREE summer workshops.  These workshops are open to both Varsity and JV teams and will focus on basic jazz skills, technique, and building on exsisting skills.

Workshops will be held Tuesday and Thursday evenings (6-8 pm): June 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th, and 27th.

Leanne Lecleir, from Wabasha Dance Academy, will be a guest instructor during one of the workshops.

Summer Parades

Wolfpack Dance Team participates in two summer parades in the area to help build awareness of the program.  Booster Club members are in charge of setting up and day off duties.  Athletes will walk along the parade route and showcase a few dance skills (kicks, jumps, routines, etc).

Two parades are: Strawberry Fest (6/15/13) and Heritage Days (8/17/13)

Participation is not required, but is encouraged.

Both Varsity and JV members are invited to join.

2013/2014 Season

Season for Varsity and JV teams starts 10/21/13.

In order to practice on the first day of practice, each athelete will need their Yellow Card.  Forms and information for the Yellow Card can be found on the website below:
