MOKANE -- After a close loss to North Callaway on Tuesday, the Bulldogs bounced back on Wednesday night to earn a commanding victory over Community R-6.

South Callaway (13-9) led 28-13 at halftime and outscored its opponent 20-14 in the second half.

Junior guards Will Brandt and Bryan Lechner scored 16 and 14 points respectively to lead the Bulldogs.

In junior varsity action, South Callaway was victorious 30-24.

Sophomore forward Konrad Kemper contributed 10 points in the win.

The Bulldogs will take the court again in Harrisburg at 7:30 p.m. tonight in a varsity-only contest.
