Mankato West Photography Class

Do you like photography? Do you ever wonder how they develop their film? In the Mankato West Photography class, students recently started to develop their own film for the first time. Students started by taking pictures of nature and other scenes outside of school. When they develop their film, they had to do it in a dark room so the picture would turn out well. The students used many chemicals for their film. All the chemicals were needed in order for the image of the picture to show up clear on the film. Students then hung the film to let it dry, and once it was dry, they had the choice to actually turn the film into printed pictures or not. Photography isn’t as easy at it seem when it comes to the development of pictures.
