After years of being two high schools with a small number of players on their girls soccer teams, the combined high school of Ruskin High School and Hickman Mills High School has produced a large number of possible players for the Spring 2011 Season. First year Head Coach Brian Main is excited along with the players about the propect of a season with the talent of the combined schools. "We have many Seniors from both schools that will bring leadership to the younger players and they have a desire to work together to do well this season" said Coach Main.
The Ruskin Girls Soccer Team take to the home pitch at Hickman Mills District Stadium on March 21 for their first match against rival Raytown South.
