1. TREASURER’S REPORT/APPROVAL-

M. Shuman presented the report. She will be going to the bank to change the title on the checks. She also explained the registry for all opening banks.

1. UPDATES OF COMMITEES

A)     SPIRIT WEAR

We need to order hoodies and jogging pants ($1000)

Mair also requested another cabinet for spirit wear ($200).

B)      CONCESSIONS

1-County Health Inspection- We passed!!!!

2- Rojos Update- Discussed converting to Rojos popcorn maching but the cost of the popcorn is prohibited. Rojo offered to supply us with pizza machines however it is not necessary.

3- PEPSI – Lyle discussed an agreement with Pepsi for stocking of the concession stand with Pepsi products and they would supply the coolers.

Lyle will seek a contract with Pepsi for approval.
