***M. Shuman (Treasurer) could not attend do to work. She will present the Treasurer report at the May meeting.

1. UPDATES OF COMMITEES

A)     SPIRIT WEAR

1)      Booster Club Member  Shirts- Order for Members for Last Year

Motion to Purchase  25 T-Shirts- M. Casavant, 2^nd R. Casavant

2)      Discussion of new shirts company- TLK will be contacted as well as SimpliciTees.

3)      M.Cassavant asked for $5000 to stock the spirit wear storage for the year.

B)      CONCESSIONS

1)      Freshman Fiesta- Food (Burgers and Hot Dogs & Buns) –school will reimburse

2)      Fall Schedule- Workers are Needed (Mike will contact the coaches)

3)       Pepsi- Free Machines and Maintenance –Lyle will call the Pepsi people.

1. Wendy’s Night

1)      M. Casavant announced the profits for the Summer Wendy”s Night.

1. Membership cost was discussed
   1. $20 for individuals
   2. $30 for families (2 adult passes)
   3. Volunteers will be used to charge admission for Volleyball, Wrestling, Girls Basketball, and Boys Soccer

Freshman Orientation Night/ Feista – Thurday, August 16th

-          Boosters will be present to try to encourage membership from incoming freshman as well as for the fall preseason meeting.
