In late September, three athletes and their partners participated in the sectional Special Olympics golf sectional held at Chippendale Golf Club near Kokomo. Ryan Miles (partner) and Jared Miles (athlete), Frank Adams (partner) and John Wheeler (athlete), and Millard See (partner) and Dustin Clouse (athlete) all advanced to the state tournament held at Pebble Brook Golf Course in Noblesville. This is the first time that all of the Clinton County golf teams advanced to the state meet.
At the state tournament, Ryan and Jared Miles finished in second place in their division, Adams/Wheeler third, and See/Clouse fourth.
