Evan Giebel tallied a hat trick and Alfredo Alanis added a goal to lead Frankfort past Southmont 4-0 on Tuesday.
VOLLEYBALL
Clinton Prairie 3, Sheridan 0
Clinton Prairie defeated Sheridan 3-0 (29-27, 26-24, 27-25) on Tuesday. Jade Mulvaney had 15 kills, four aces and eight digs to lead the Gophers (5-6). Abby Clark added 15 digs, three blocks and eight kills, Spencer Perkins had seven kills and Jasmine Hanna 33 assists.
Prairie won the JV match 2-1 (25-9, 23-25, 15-11). Lyndsay Lehr had six kills, Stephanie Blubaugh four kills, Isabel Coons 10 digs and Reagan Stroup 13 assists.
Harrison 3, Frankfort 0
Harrison swept Frankfort 3-0 (25-17, 25-16, 25-18) on Tuesday. Paris Walker and Tania Olivas had two kills apiece for the Hot Dogs.
The JV team lost 2-0 (25-17, 25-14). Jacenda Perry had four kills and seven digs and Taylor Dillingham had five assists and five digs.
GIRLS SOCCER
Tipton 5, Frankfort 4
Tipton won a back-and-forth contest on Monday night, 5-4. Frankfort rallied with two goals to tie the match at 4, but the Blue Devils scored the game-winner in the second half.
Tanya Cervantes led the Hot Dogs with two goals while Kayla Valdes and Sofia Byrd each added goals.
Western Boone 2, Rossville 0
Rossville only tallied two shots on goal in a 2-0 loss to Western Boone on Tuesday. Lindsay Fife had 17 saves in goal for the Hornets.
BOYS TENNIS
Western Boone 5, Rossville 0
Western Boone swept Rossville 5-0 on Tuesday. Lucas Zobel, Levi Ellars, Conner Remaly and Adam Easterday/Brock White all lost 6-0, 6-0 while Kaleb Harness/Mason Reagan lost 6-0, 6-3, at No. 2 doubles.
North Montgomery 4, Frankfort 1
Dalton Bush earned the Frankfort win, beating Joshua Poteet, 6-1, 6-1, at No. 3 singles. Mason Townsley lost, 6-2, 6-2, at No. 1 singles; Derek Timmons lost, 6-1, 2-6, 6-3, at No. 2 singles; David Miller/Andrew Lynch lost 6-7 (7-1) 6-2, 6-1 at No. 1 doubles, and Wyatt Holston/Dallas Alquezada lost 6-0, 6-2 at No. 2 singles.
Frankfort is now 3-7.
In JV action, Joantan Lopez lost 4-0, 4-0; Preston Carson lost 4-0, 4-0; Connor Cotton won 4-3, 4-0; Brandon Townsley/Charles Frey lost 4-6, 4-1, 11-9; and Daniel Rosales lost 4-1, 4-1.

Frankfort swept Carroll 5-0 on Wednesday. Mason Townsley defeated Brett Miller 6-1, 6-0 at No. 1 singles; Derek Timmons beat Will Taylor, 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2 singles; Dalton Bush defeated Adam Beaver 6-2, 6-2, at No. 3 singles; David Miller/Andrew Lynch defeated Trevor Ayres/Brandon McCarty 6-1, 6-4 at No. 1 doubles; and Brandon Townsley/Wyatt Holston beat Spencer Sproul/Logan Jackson 6-4, 6-1 at No. 2 doubles.
Frankfort is 4-7 overall.
Daniel Rosales (8-4) and Jonatan Lopez (8-1) both won JV matches.

Lebanon swept Rossville 5-0 on Wednesday.
JUNIOR VARSITY FOOTBALL
Delphi 25, Clinton Prairie 8
Taylor Light scored Clinton Prairie’s lone touchdown, on a pass from Kale Morris, in the Gophers’ 25-8 loss to Delphi on Monday. Jacob Price ran for 93 yards and a two-point conversion, Peyton Douglass ran for 26 yards and Morris 52 yards.
Light hauled in two catches for 57 yards. Grant Miller had four tackles and an interception, while Keneth Boler and Noah Freestone had five tackles each, and Price and Tyler Smith had four tackles apiece. Freestone recovered a fumble.
7th GRADE VOLLEYBALL
Clinton Central 2, Frankfort 0
Clinton Central defeated Frankfort, 2-0 (25-23, 25-23) on Monday. Annie Giebel led Frankfort (1-2) with nine serves and Nina Harshman seven serves.
Western Boone 2, Clinton Prairie 0
Western Boone swept the A-team match 2-0 (25-23, 25-17) on Tuesday. The Gophers won the B-team contest 2-0 (25-14, 25-24).
Rossville 2, Frankfort 1
Rossville’s A-team beat Frankfort 2-1 (25-22, 18-25, 15-13) on Wednesday. Ashley Leach led the Hot Dogs (1-3) with 11 serves. Rossville also won the B-team game 2-0 (25-23, 25-23). For Frankfort, Madi Woods served eight points and Kaylee Frazier seven.
6TH GRADE VOLLEYBALL
Clinton Prairie 2, St. Lawrence 1
Clinton Prairie topped St. Lawrence 2-1 on Tuesday. The leading servers were Shalynn Barnett, Alyssa Strode, Alyssa Lukasik and Molly Thomas.
8th GRADE FOOTBALL
Prairie, T-C called due to weather
The Clinton Prairie/Tri-Central game on Sept. 6 was called off with one minute left in the first half due to inclement weather and the Gophers trailing 14-0. Drew Scott led the Gophers (0-1) in rushing and Evan Newhart had a nice catch. Zane Cook and Braxton Barnett led the CP defense.
7TH GRADE FOOTBALL
Clinton Prairie 35, Tri-Central 16
Sam Schoonveld and Brendan Smith led the Clinton Prairie rushing attack in CP’s 35-16 victory on Sept. 6. Collin Stroup and Michael Royer led the defense. The Gophers are 2-0.
Western Boone 14, Frankfort 12
Malik King and Kaleb Siebert each scored touchdowns in Frankfort’s 14-12 loss to Western Boone on Tuesday. Offensive linemen Kody Hardesty, Simon Weber, Devon Ramirez, Caden Weathers and Jaccob Bitner were noted for their blocking.
Bitner, Weber, Weathers, Drew Castillo, Brayden Caldwell and Trevor Gibson led the defense. The Hot Dogs are now 1-2.
6TH GRADE FOOTBALL
Frankfort 18, Clinton Prairie 18
Frankfort and Clinton Prairie tied 18-18 on Wednesday. Caleb Ford, Austin Pyle and Issac Mata scored the three Frankfort (0-2-1) touchdowns. Jeremiah Landes (five tackles), Pyle (four) and Jordan Huddleston (two tackles) led the Hot Dog defense.
MIDDLE SCHOOL TENNIS
Tecumseh 5, Frankfort 0
Tecumseh shut out Frankfort 5-0 on Tuesday. Sammy Cheng, Isaac Grasham, JT Whitlock and Alex Harrison/Chris Leonard all lost 8-0 and Dylan Smith/Nic Kinder lost 8-5. In JV, Cole Riegle lost 6-0.
