Nathan Rock placed second at the Ev Berg Invitational behind highly ranked Riley Macon.  Nathan tucked in and stayed in contention to the final straightaway.  A consistent performer, Nathan is a 4-yr varsity runner for the Irish.

Lizzie Thooft won her first race of her career with a victory in the JV race at the Ev Berg Invitational with an exceptional time of 16:50.  Lizzie steadily improved the past few years and is reaping the rewards of running more miles this summer.
