In all likelihood, Randi and Kaley Price were going to win their singles matches – probably in straight sets.
It would have been a good bet also that they would win their doubles match, too.
So whether Nash Central moved on to its first East Region championship would fall on Caley Bass, Lizzie Eakin, Dana Kelly and Meredith Davis.
As expected, the Price sisters won their three combined matches in the third round NCHSAA 3-A girls’ state playoffs.
