Gryphons, Bulldogs boys' battle to highlight 3-A Eastern Regional track and field meet

ROCKY MOUNT - Rocky Mount boys' track and field set only two goals before the season started.
The first was to win the Big East Conference championship. Check it off the list - the Gryphons accomplished that last month.
The second was to win the school's first regional championship since 1997.
The Gryphons have a chance to accomplish that second goal on Saturday when Nash Central High School holds the 3-A Eastern Regional Championship beginning at 11 a.m.
