Nash County athletes can get physicals Aug. 6, 7

NASHVILLE - Athletic physicals are being offered on August 6 in the Rocky Mount office and August 7 in the Nashville office of the Nash County Health Department. Appointments are available at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. 

 

The cost of the exam is based on your income and family size. The price could vary from nothing to $90. 



Please bring proof of income for eligibility determination. If you receive Medicaid or Health Choice, we will bill for this service (please bring your card). Regretfully, no private insurance will be billed. Payment is expected the night of the exam. A parent MUST accompany the student.
