They been to the state tourney several times, and they've dominated our region many times over the past several years. This year's squad has had its up's and down's (their current record is 14-10), but came into Friday night's game against North Laurel High School ready to work together and win a big district game. They did-finishing off NLHS in two straight games. New head coach Kayla Bryant had to be pleased that the team seems to be playing well as the play-off's approach. Next up for the Lady Rockets squad is SENIOR NIGHT at home versus Wayne County on October 6th. Seniors Bethany Clontz and Natalie Haarman have put countless hours into the program, and the Rock is ready to send them off into their last post-season with a win. =============================================== UPDATE The Rocket Volleyball Team took care of Wayne County in two games on Senior Night last week; however, it wasn't easy. The second game was a hard one, but the Lady Rockets fought back from 6 points down to come back and win. The win gave seniors Natalie Haarman and Bethany Clontz a well-deserved send off.
