(Watch video interview at end of the story with Hermon boys coach)
Hermon - The Hermon Hawks boys basketball team has a good mixture of guards and post players, which will help them compete in the very deep class "B" this season. The Hawks have a good mixture of young talent with experienced players where they could give team fits this season.
Hermon has four of their five starters back from last season. The Hawks are led by a pair of junior guards Tyler Thayer and Jake Rioux, who will be their go to players this season. Mark Reed's club consists of three seniors, two juniors, six sophomores and four freshmen.
I talked to coach Reed about the upcoming season. Coach Reed talked about the great mixture of players he has this year and the depth of class "B".
