LEXINGTON – The Kentucky Volleyball Coaches Association released its preseason high school volleyball poll today, with two-time defending KHSAA State Tournament champion Mercy taking the top spot.  Also released were the KVCA Top 5 Preseason Regional Polls.

Nine of the state’s 16 regions were represented on this year’s KVCA Preseason Poll.  Regular season play is set to begin Monday, August 9, and the season will conclude with the KHSAA State Championship at Knights Hall on the campus of Bellarmine University October 29-30.
