Home » Boys' Basketball NewsBasketball Tigers Heading to the Final at the Provincial ChampionshipsMarch 15, 2010 Ridley CollegeRidley's senior boys basketball team has advanced to the OFSAA 'A' provincial finals this evening at 7:00 pm after their semifinal win 55-44 over a very determined King's College this morning. Ridley jumped out to an early lead 16-6 after one quarter of play and had extended it to 29-16 by halftime. Ridley's impatience on offence led to some brain cramping late in the match to make this game closer then it really needed to be but a win is a win. Cooper Rigg led the attack with a game high 25, Kristers Moisjes 9, Geno Bullard 8 points (5 for 6 from the foul line at the end of the contest). Ridley shot 70% from the foul line today. Next up, the OFSAA Gold medal game.
