The deadline is near. Not just for income tax returns, but also for the Virginia Leiby Scholarship. If you graduated from Leigh or Giles, you are eligible for this $1500 award. Applications are available in the Student Services office, Guidance Room 220. [C. Flinn]

Any student taking an AP test in May must complete pre-gridding. The AP pre-gridding session will be held on Wednesday, April 18th at 2:10 PM in the Cafeteria, Room 123. All students taking an AP test must attend this session. [K. Corvo]

WRHS is on cable box channel 19 and digital channel 80.5 Thursdays from 7 PM to 8 PM in the suburbs. Thursday, April 12th at 7 PM should be the children's show Drawing With Mark. Episode 6 is titled "The Beach." At 7:30 PM is a double dose of the talk show The Scoop. Episode 261 features Kristyn Heinz and episode 262 welcomes Sidney Hsu.
