7/14 summer conditioning

We are now moving on to week 2 of summer conditioning. It's fair week and I understand we will be having student athletes coming and going with some not even being able to attend. This is understandable with our summer. If you are able to attend please join us, but if not continue to try and run on your own if possible. Beginners run between 15 minutes to 20 minutes, middle group run 20 minutes to 30 minutes, and advance runners run between 30 minutes to 40 minutes. Please look back at my last message to see paperwork needed to participate as well how to sign-up for my remind101. Please if you have any questions do not hesitate to call, email, or stop by one of my conditioning workouts.
