Bombers versus Winamac

The varsity volleyball team hosted the Warriors of Winamac tonight.  The Bombers lost in three sets 25 - 23, 25 - 23, 25 - 21.  Rensselaer had them down in set one and didn't shut the door.  I felt it was a match we could have won.  We played hard and I was proud of their efforts, but we made some mistakes at crucial times.  Megan Dobson was 26/29 hitting with 6 kills, 44/44 setting with 12 assists and added 11 digs.  Aimee Mattocks had 22/24 hitting effort with 8 kills, Lauren Scheurich was 40/40 setting with 9 assists and 11 digs. kara Bulington had 21 digs and Mackenzi Marohl added 11.  We travel to North White  to Thursday for a 5:00 match.
