2014 Choir Trip

By: Alyssa Hinz

Friday the 14th, the High School Choir left early in the morning for Branson Missouri. They had been raising money all year for this trip. Friday night they were the opening act for the Hughes Brother performance. Kylee Schunn said, “ It was interactive fun for all ages. I thoroughly enjoyed the family aspect of it. It was a show consisting of five brother, and their families. Saturday they started off by going to Silver Dollar City. “I had never been before, it was a great experience and a lot of fun rides” said Alyssa Hinz. After that the choir got to go back to the hotel for a few hours before they had to leave again. Then they went to watch the Haygoods show. It consisted of five brothers and a sister. Jasmine Ingalsbe said, “ They were very good and my favorite part was when they shut the lights off and had neon lights going, it was glowtastic.” The next day the choir was supposed to go to the outdoor mall and then the boat show. It was a very cold day with lots of rain so it got canceled and they came home early. It was a very fun trip and I enjoyed it a lot.
