Swimmers Ear Solution

2 TBSP white vinegar 2 TBSP hydrogen peroxide 2.5 TBSP 70% alcohol (rubbing alcohol) You only need a few drops of the above solution per ear per treatment. Fill the ear canal with the solution. After 5min, turn the head to the side to let it drain. Do NOT use a q-tip to dry the ear. Rinse the ear with the solution twice a day.
