Mid-South Conference
   LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- University of Rio Grande's Nick Wilson and Lindsey Wilson College's Sharon Ronoh are the Mid-South Conference Cross Country Runners of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.
   The weekly award is the first this season for Wilson while Ronoh earns her fifth weekly conference honor of the fall.

   Wilson finished 11th at the 298-man Wilmington College Fall Classic to earn MSC Men's Runner of the Week.
   The Barlow, Ohio, junior ran a career-best time of 25 minutes and 30 seconds over the 8,000-meter course. Wilson finished 24-hundredths of a second out of the top-10. He was the top Mid-South Conference harrier at the race that featured three conference teams.
   Ronoh set a course record at Wilmington to earn MSC Women's Runner of Week honors.
   The Timboroa, Kenya, junior finished in 18:04 to win by 29 seconds over her nearest competitor in the 5,000-meter race. Ronoh was one of only three runners in the 241-woman field to average below a six-minute mile.
   Ronoh helped the Blue Raiders post a 12th place in the 26-team field.
