The boys’ team will have plenty of experience leading the way including Seniors Cody Smith and Travis Morris. Both are All-Conference performers along with Kevin Plyley.
(SENIOR TRAVIS MORRIS) Morris has a season average of 202.7, Smith is at 202.3 and Plyley is at 198.7. The other two starters include Blake Dunham (191.8) and Stephen Lakes (172.5).
(SENIOR CODY SMITH) This is the 7th consecutive season the Red Devils have qualified for the regional but Richmond hasn’t qualified for state since 2001, the year Richmond won the state championship. The Richmond girls finished second in last weeks’ sectional after winning the Mid-Indiana Conference Championship. Richmond is led by Seniors Taylar Shouse (178.9), Sabrina Morris (177.1), and Junior Sadie Hemmingway (196.6).
(SENIOR TAYLAR SHOUSE) Junior Tabitha Smith (182.1), and Junior Cierra Bowman (178.8) round out the starting five. Richmond won the regional in 2007. (SENIOR SABRINA MORRIS) The regional will be held at Clancy’s Village Bowl in Muncie. Foe more details on Indiana High School Bowling go to ihsb.org
