Iowa 19, Michigan State 16 (2OT): Iowa needed extra time to beat Michigan State as it beat the Spartans 19-16 in two overtimes on Saturday at Spartan Stadium.After the Hawkeyes scored on Mike Meyer's 41-yard field goal to open the second overtime, Michigan State failed to score, getting stopped at the 24 on second-and-9.
Wisconsin 38, Purdue 14: Montee Ball ran for a career-high 247 yards and scored three touchdowns to help Wisconsin beat Purdue 38-14 on Saturday afternoon. James White added 124 yards rushing for the Badgers (5-2, 2-1 Big Ten), who outgained Purdue 645 yards to 252. The Badgers pounded out 467 yards rushing in the rain.
Northwestern 21, Minnesota 13: Venric Mark rushed for 182 yards and two touchdowns to carry Northwestern to a 21-13 victory over Minnesota on Saturday. Mark wasn't touched on scoring runs of 26 and 48 yards and the Wildcats (6-1, 2-1 Big Ten) overcame 11 penalties to become bowl eligible and spoil Minnesota's homecoming celebration.
Michigan 45, Illinois 0: Denard Robinson broke out against Illinois, piling up 128 rushing yards and scoring two touchdowns to lead Michigan to a 45-0 victory on Saturday at Michigan Stadium. The Wolverines' explosive offense used big plays to take down the Fighting Illini. Michigan had six plays of 20 yards or more on its way to victory.
Ohio State 52, Indiana 49: Braxton Miller put the team on his back in No. 8 Ohio State's 52-49 win over Indiana on Saturday at Memorial Stadium, rushing for 149 rushing yards and one touchdown and throwing for 211 yards and two touchdowns.
