That, said Richmond coach Joe Luce, is one reason Indiana Tech got a strong find in the former Red Devil. Todd will continue his basketball career at the NAIA Division II school in Fort Wayne. He averaged 9.2 points per game as a senior, third best for a Richmond squad that finished 21-4 and advanced to the Class 4A sectional final at New Castle for a second straight year.
