LOCAL BROADCASTERS WILL CALL NATIONAL AAU TOURNAMENT

RadioTroy.com broadcasters Troy and Adam Derengowski will be calling their second national basketball tournament when they travel to Indianapolis for the Adidas Invitational Classic AAU Basketball Tournament at North Central High School and Northview Middle School.

 The tournament is NCAA sanctioned and attracts some of the best high school players and AAU teams in the country.  Most of the country’s top college coaches will also be in attendance as it is an open recruiting period.  Troy and Adam will broadcast the “Gold” level games for the 17U and 16U age groups; thus, they will be seeing the best players in those age groups. 

“This will be a great opportunity to see most of the great young basketball players in the country,” said Troy Derengowski.  “The teams and players will be at their best knowing the top college coaches will be there as well.” 

The tournament begins on Wednesday July 11, at 5:00 p.m. and runs all day Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (July 12-14).  On Sunday, July 15, the final game will be broadcast by CBS Sports.
