1.  OREGON.  Ducks have speed everywhere, including RB De’Anthony Thomas
2. STANFORD.  Great LB’s, winning attitude, improved defense
3. WASHINGTON.  Solid offense led by QB Keith Price.
4. CALIFORNIA.  One of the best D’s in conference.   WR Keenan Allen is one of the best
5. WASHINGTON ST.  Mike Leach takes over program
6. OREGON STATE.  Young last year mean more experience this year

SOUTH DIVISION

1.  USC.  Loaded.  Young but experienced
2. UTAH.  QB Jordan Wynn is healthy, RB John White is one of best in conference
3. UCLA.  Jim Mora is injecting new life into program
4. ARIZONA.  Rich Rodriguez takes over with QB Matt Scott returning
5. ARIZONA STATE.  Devils have new coach in Todd Graham.  Good RB’s
6. COLORADO.  A bowl game for this squad is a stretch
